Custom Ternary Precursor Lithium Coprecipitation Glass Reactor
Laboratory scale ternary co-precipitation reactor with automatic temperature and pH control, it can continue to prepare the liquid phase for co-precipitation. The precursor product of lithium battery ternary composite positive electrode material is made of nickel salt, cobalt salt and manganese salt. The ratio of nickel, cobalt and manganese can be adjusted according to actual needs. Batteries with ternary materials as positive electrodes are safer than lithium cobalt oxide batteries. The ternary precursor material needs to be obtained with the help of a continuously stirred tank reactor(CSTR) , which is achieved by co-precipitation reaction of salt solution, alkali solution and ammonia solution through a metering pump in a certain proportion. During the whole process, the slurry that has been reacted will overflow from the reactor, and then go through a series of processes such as filtration, washing, filtration, and drying to produce the finished precursor material.
