The Salem Industrial Complex started its activity from the Amin al-Sultan market in 1342, producing butter products made from sour cream and animal oil obtained from the traditional method. The traditional production and packaging activities continued until 1979.
In this year, a newly developed mechanized and industrial light plant was built at the site.
As a result, the industrial complex and healthy food were built on an area of 5,000 square meters with 8,000 square meters of manufacturing, administrative, refrigerated and warehouse space.
The factory consists of two separate halls for packaging of varieties of butter and margarine - no coldroom can with temperatures below zero and above zero, with a capacity of 5,000 tons, and dry storage facilities with a capacity of 3000 tons to store food items.
Due to the availability of sufficient space and product development plans, the ability to increase related products is one of the other advantages of this unit.
