About us :
I Tech Isatis Co. was founded in 1992 in Yazd city, Iran. It was the first company to provide sales, after sales and advanced engineering calibration services, Issue calibration certificate and repair services in the field of Pressure Instruments in Yazd city and the southern provinces of Iran. I Tech Isatis choose Yazd for its base activities because 70% of Oil, Gas and Petrochemical companies are in south of Iran.
The founders and associates of I Tech Isatis have over 50 years of experience in multiple fields of advanced engineering. They were based in the Yazd and the southern provinces of Iran and were able to acquire many contracts in their own specialist fields and service the needs of the country in these fields.
The company with the cooperation of Afrah company, has been able to become the largest centre for the calibration of gas and fluid (Fiscal metering and Custody transfer) meters calibration and advanced services. The company is regulated by the International Measuring Institute (OIML) and its services and products are follow international standards such as ISO, AGA and API.
The Company’s laboratory and testing centre in 1985 was the first to receive accreditation from the Iran Standard and industrial research Institute in the field of calibration of Pressure Instruments. In 1999 the company received Accreditation from the Iran Standard and industrial research Institute in the field of Temperature Instrument calibration. Also in 1999 they received Accreditation from the Ministry of Works in the field of high pressure steam boilers test. In 2000 after demonstrating their compliance with international standards the company was awarded ISO/IEC 17025 for all accredited calibration and test services.
In 2000 I Tech Isatis was invited to set up the Iranian regulation and certification body for the overseeing of laboratories and testing centres in the fields of chemical, electrical and high pressure calibrations in accordance with ISO 1.
In 2001 I Tech Isatis established its design and production unit for the production of Gas Meters for regulation of Gas and Natural Gas in accordance with AGA standards. Also in that year the company rose to become the largest company in Iran providing calibration and metering products and services.
In 2011 I Tech Isatis installed and run biggest Atmospheric calibration system for Gas meters from 0.03 up to 25000 m³/h and Metes up to 24”.
I Tech Isatis Engineering Services and products
- Calibration and legal certification of Meters and Flow meters of gases and natural gases from 0.03 to 25000 m³/h and sizes from 0.5 to 24 inch. In addition the metering of volume of these gases at atmospheric pressures. All of which are in accordance with international standard ISO/IEC 17025 and overseen by the National Oil Ministry and the Iran Standard and industrial research Institute.
- Certification and calibration in the field of flow metering of natural gas and gases with air and flow computers.
- Legal Inspection of Gas Meters and Metering systems.
- Design, production, repair, running and upgrading of Meters and Metering systems for the regulation of natural gas standard volume.
- Engineering services and Issue accredited calibration certificate for Instrument as Portable and In laboratory in the fields of Electric, Weight, Chemical, Dimension, Temperature, Pressure, Volume and flow of gases and liquids in accordance with international standard ISO/IEC 17025.
- Provision of education materials and seminars (public and private) both theoretical and practical in the field of calibration of gas and fluid flow meters (pressure, temperature, Dimension, volume and Torque is possible).
- Provision of Pre-commissioning services and Recalibration services for Big process projects.
- Repair and calibration of Gas Meters, flow meters and Instrument with automatic calibrator with high delivery speed for Oil, Gas and Petrochemical big project.
- Production of fully automated high speed metering systems with international standards.
- Consultation and setting up of laboratories and testing centres for accredited calibration and test services.
- Consultation for companies and government agencies in acquiring international standard ISO/IEC 17025.
- Design and production of software and control system for the Metering systems and Automation and control with HMI of Metering systems for industries.
