hazardous areas since the beginning of its activity.
Our excellent business background has brought us the opportunity to register TAVAN OMRAN SANAT in several major oil companies such as Bandar Abbas
, Abadan & Tabriz oil and refining company,Fajr & Khorasan Petrochemical company, Iranian Offshore Oil company (IOOC) & National Iranian Oil company(NIOC).
After a period of growth,Tavan Omran expanded its operations into Designing and Manufacturing explosion proof electrical equipment for use in potentially explosive atmospheres
Tavan Omran achievements are as follows:
2007 Flat Cable was designed and manufactured based on British Standard BS6004 on Abadan Oil and refining company request.
2008 Flange Coupling was designed and manufactured based on British Standard BS4568 on Abadan Oil and refining company request.
2009 MK cast iron box and clamp were designed and manufactured on Iranian Central Oil Fields Company (ICOFC) request.
2010 The company obtained ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certificate.
2011 Production of Shroud ,PVC made ,UV resistant, protective against environmental dust, industrial and chemical acid and liquid.
2012 Explosion proof electronic ballast was designed ,manufactured and certified for use in hazardous area due to the presence of flammable and explosive gases
and vapors in accordance with ATEX EN6079-0 , EN6079-1 & EN 60529.
2014 Explosion proof cable gland (for armored and non-armored cable) was designed ,manufactured and certified for use in hazardous area due to the presence
of flammable and explosive gases and vapors in accordance with ATEX EN60079-0 , EN60079-1 & EN 60529.
2015 Explosion proof reducer , plug and LCS are designed and manufactured and They are under examination in order to obtain ATEX certificate.
We hope to have manufactured explosion proof lighting fixture with experience, skill and endeavour by next year.
