Milad Pars Oil Company was established with the aim of honoring the 50th principle of the Constitution regarding the preservation of the environment and the optimal use of national resources in line with the policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran and relying on the knowledge, skills and experiences of university and industry experts. If during research and studies of half a decade on all kinds of petroleum materials, by-products of refinery, petrochemical, chemical, as well as waste from these industries, which are somehow left in the environment, or in an incomplete and unfinished form, which have environmental effects. are used and applied, has started to carry out activities in the field of conversion and use of the above-mentioned items into fully functional products in the petroleum, oil, petrochemical and chemical industries on an industrial scale.

TDAE unit, until now Lube Cut oil in oil refineries of the country has been converted into Group 1 base oil based on the extraction process with chemical and toxic furfural solvent as well as toluene and methyl ethyl ketone solvents. In addition to the production of the above product, there is another product called Extract Oil, which has been used as a process oil for some time in the tire industry, but the mentioned substance contains compounds called PCA (Polycyclic Aromatic). The amount is more than 30%, and according to the new environmental standards of the world, this amount should be less than 3%. In this regard, Milad Pars Oil, by using a new process called TDAE (Treat De Aromatic Extraction), has been industrialized by domestic experts and researchers, and succeeded in making Lube Cut a product that meets the world's standards. environment to produce and supply to domestic and foreign markets for rubber and tire industries, which this product with high volume and tonnage is currently being produced and shipped.
