In 2012, after its feasibility and location, its operation was started on a land of about 2 hectares in the Marand city of East Azarbaijan, Morand Ceramic Industrial city.
The operation of the first phase of production after the construction of about 9000 square meters of production line halls including
1- Autoclaved Concrete Block (AAC) unit with capacity of 500 cubic meters per day
2- Unit for crushing and processing silica with a capacity of 400 tons per day
3- Unit for crushing and micronizing baked limestone with a daily capacity of 150 tons
4- Production unit for micronized lime powder
5- Office buildings, welfare, laboratories and warehouses
The company get AAC-2 autoclaved concrete standard certificate in December 2017.
And in February 2018, he obtained a technical certificate from the Housing Research Center and adapted it to the National Building Regulations and the ISIR-8592 standard from the Building and Housing Research Center.
