  • About us :

Pars International Products Company was established in 1342 under the name of Procter & Gamble Joint Stock Company (P&G), as the first unit to produce hand washing powder under the brand name (Tide) and started operating in 1344 with a production capacity of 5,000 tons per year. Vector. Relying on its knowledge and experience in production and sales, P&G introduced the Tide brand among the Iranian people, which many people still know as Tide washing powder. In 1347, with the changes made in the composition of the company's shareholders, its name was changed to "Pars International Products Company"; Production capacity initially increased to 19,000 tons and eventually to 40,000 to 500 tons per year. The high quality of the products in those years was such that exports were made to the countries of the Persian Gulf, Afghanistan and the former Soviet Union, and the Tide brand became especially popular in those countries. Prior to the Islamic Revolution, the company's top executives were among the CEOs of the American company, including Hera, Curtin, Pierce, and most recently, Cramin Bell. After the Islamic Revolution, due to the severance of relations with the United States, the purchase of the company's shares by the National Iranian Industrial Organization for non-payment of the license to use the Tide brand license, production of Tide brand detergent was stopped and production powder with the clothing brand was introduced to the market. In 1993, in connection with the transfer of government shares to the private sector, the company practically left the semi-government state and became a private company. In September 2000, with the sale of more than 50% of the company's shares and by changing the composition of shareholders, board of directors and CEO, a new period of growth and prosperity, along with activities to increase production capacity and diversify the product portfolio and brands and The increase in export power began. In 2001, the company launched its first group of new products with superior quality under the brand (Banoo), including hand, machine and dishwashing powders. At present, Pars, while increasing the share of domestic production and distribution, annually exports more than twenty thousand tons of detergent and sulfonic acid powder to Central Asian countries, Afghanistan, Iraq, Azerbaijan and the Caucasus. According to the studies conducted in 2003-2005 and due to the increase in the country's population on the one hand and the increase in exports on the other hand, the board of directors constructed a new factory with six times the capacity of the old unit in the first phase. In 1389, after 5 years, the first phase of this project was put into operation with the name of Unit No. 2 of Pars. Due to the lack of a factory development permit in the Greater Tehran area, 11.5 hectares of land in the Janatabad industrial town, located at km 55 of Khavaran Road in the beginning of Semnan province, was purchased. The construction of the powder factory project started in 2005 and after 5 years, it was completed in 2010 and the first phase started operating with six times the capacity of the old unit. This project has two phases of detergent production, each with a capacity of 195,000 tons per year, and a total of two phases will be able to produce 390,000 tons of detergent per year. All construction operations and installation infrastructure of the second phase have been prepared and if the machines are equipped, this phase will be ready for operation in less than a year. In the factory of unit number 2, simultaneously with the implementation of the powder project, the sodium silicate production unit, which is one of the raw materials of washing powder, with an annual capacity of 71,000 tons, was put into operation in 2010. At present, all sodium silicate detergent powder of Pars factory is supplied through this unit and part of its products are sold. In addition, the sulfonic acid production unit, with an annual capacity of 25,000 tons, will be operational in the first phase of next year. Of course, at present, the acid consumption of detergent powder unit 2 is supplied by the sulfonation of the old unit with a capacity of 2 tons per hour. Pars Unit 2 factory project was implemented with a capital of more than four hundred billion rials. This project is unique in the Middle East in terms of having the latest advanced technology and high production capacity. It seems that the unit No. 2 factory, with the complete commissioning in the second phase, along with the sulfonation, silicification, box printing and packaging departments, in the near future as a unique unit in the national level and even in West Asia can cause The more credit the detergent industry has, the healthier it will be.
