During the activity of this company, it has always benefited from the expert opinions and guidance of leading farmers and they have been used in order to improve the work.

With the introduction of monogerm seeds and pneumatic seeders, Sazeh Nagar company started to build the bad chipper machine to prepare the seed bed. And with the increase in work efficiency and the increase in the area under cultivation, as well as the increase in harvesting costs and other costs of agriculture, this company started to manufacture disc beet harvesters and beet harvesters, which are currently working in most parts of Iran. . The company plans to work on more modern and efficient devices.

Sazeh Nagar Company has always tried and will have a special place in the development of Iran's mechanization. Therefore, after thirty years of practical experience, we realized that a manufacturer of agricultural tools must be aware of the problems and problems of planting and harvesting in the field and during work, and have complete information about practical mechanization and work in the conditions to feel and understand different things in order to be able to act on the so-called deficiencies and fix the disadvantages of its production tools according to the needs of farmers and consumers, and in order to achieve these goals, it was decided to put the following items in our work priority:

And they will help us in improving the production tools with their guidance and useful information transfer. Therefore, we accepted this matter with great interest that criticism and suggestions can improve the quality of our work.

- Obtaining correct, scientific and practical information about the operations of our farms, in addition to collecting the teachings of farmers from an executive expert and consultant involved in agricultural and mechanization issues permanently in order to use his technical and practical knowledge both inside the factory And use it during construction and in the fields to guide, modify and set up production devices.

In this regard, Mr. Masoud Sarhangi, who is an expert in agricultural sciences and has been selected as a beet and corn worker and CEO of Mechanization Company for several years, and has more than thirty years of executive experience and working with various agricultural and row cropping tools, was invited as a colleague. We have shown that in addition to helping us during construction, we also use their knowledge in setting up and training the relevant teams and promoting modern and mechanized agriculture in the fields.

We have come to the conclusion that the production of a good quality device will give the desired result in the fields when it is set up and trained properly, so we needed a sergeant engineer to set up the devices in the fields and train the relevant teams. And we use dear drivers and farmers. Because this action, in addition to making our relationship with farmers closer and more, it also speeds up troubleshooting and correction of our work and makes the correct use of tools practical.
