    Since it was founded in 1911, Uzin Utz AG has developed from a regional adhesive manufacturer to a global full-service provider of flooring systems. The third generation family-run company, with its brands UZIN, WOLFF, PALLMANN, Arturo, Codex and RZ, offers everything to do with laying new flooring, renovating and maintaining the value of floor coverings of all kinds Manufacture of product systems, machines and tools for soil cultivation. The company is listed on the CDAX. As the first non-family manager, Thomas Müllerschön took over the chairmanship of the board in January 2016. H. Werner Utz has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board since May 2016, with the Utz family currently holding 55 percent of the company's shares. At the beginning of 2018, Julian Utz and Philipp Utz, the fourth generation of the family, were appointed to the board of the listed family company.
