Through continuous efforts and advancement over the past few decades, Q&J TIRE GROUP has owned sophisticated equipments and employed senior technicians. The molding machine and other main production equipments were introduced by PIRELLI in Italy, VMI in Holland and IN THE SUNGWOO HIGHTECH in South Korea. Some technicians are from world premier factories such as Michelin, Pirelli and Hankook.
Nowadays, Q&J TIRE GROUP has a very strict testing and management process from the selection of raw materials to the inspection of the finished tire products, which offers an efficient guarantee for our tires to win customers' preference.
Q&J TIRE GROUP has the annual production: 2.2 million sets of all steel radial tires, 5 million sets of semi-steel tires, 5.5 million sets of motorcycle tires, 10 million sets of bicycle tires and 0.5 million sets of industrial tires. Q&J TIRES group passed and got certificates from DOT, ECE, REACH, SONCAP, GCC, BIS, etc. Now the company supplies tires to the main auto factories in China, such as Sinotruck, FAW, SGMW etc. Meanwhile, the company export large volume tires to Europe, America, Latin America, Africa and East countries.
