Javanehpooshparseh Company (AGRI-PLAST), reg. No. 15005, has begun to produce polymer linings in an area of 20,000 square meter (Productive-administrative) in great Shiraz industrial town in Iran since 2002. Having had enough experience and knowledge, experienced staff in polymer industry and international standards and certificates the Company has tried to produce the products in high quality (According to regional climate) to satisfy the clients.
Javanehpooshparseh Company has the most modern production line to produce greenhouse linings and three layer geomembranes by DULCI EXTRUSION technology. Also the Company produces extrusion and coextrusion for different industries such as agriculture, petrochemistry, nutrition, hygiene, etc.

We produce three layer films because the one layer ones lead to different problems; having used coextrusion technology it is possible to access the best layer by having various qualities in each layer
Why three layer film?
Three layer technology is composed of useful properties of different polymers with multilayer structure; for example, EVA and metallocene polyethylene increase tear strength, create transparent film and thermal insulation in the films produced by Javanehpooshparseh Company

Greenhouse Linings
Properties of greenhouse linings produced by Javanehpooshparseh Company
1 – Mechanical properties:
The mechanical properties indicate the resistance of greenhouse lining against mechanical tensions and the environment during usage including:
1 – 1 – Tensile strength indicates the resistance rate of the greenhouse lining and the changes of the lining under pressure or tensile tensions.
1 – 2 – Tear strength indicates the resistance of greenhouse lining against tension and tear increase in the lining.
1 – 3 – Impact resistance indicates the mechanical resistance rate of greenhouse lining against sudden mechanical tensions.
1 – 4 – Creep resistance indicates the reaction rate of greenhouse lining during the mechanical tensions.
2 – Optical properties:
Opacity (Indicating light emission rate)
Transparency (Indicating light transfer through lining)
Shiny (Indicating light reflection rate from lining surface)
Resistance against wear due to UV which is one of the most important elements influencing the greenhouse lining

This property includes chemical resistance against external elements such as poisons, pesticides, fertilizers, supplements, environmental pollution and moisture influencing directly ANTI UV stabilizers’ function; for example, the pesticides including sulfur, chloride and iron decrease highly the stabilizer’s properties
The packages used in greenhouse linings of Javanehpooshparseh Company are multilayer and anti-light; this is why the durability and primary quality of the lining increase in the warehouse and the shock absorber layer protects the package during transportation.
Three layer linings of Javanehpooshparseh Company have width of 1-12 m and thickness of 50-300 micron and by virtue of the clients’ orders have different lengths (Standard length is 55 m).

The drips formed on internal surface of the greenhouse films decease light transfer 15-30 percent due to water accumulation
This advantage includes monotone emission and distribution of the light in the internal environment of the greenhouse so there is the same photosynthesis throughout the greenhouse and there is no shade of high plants there.
Such additives prevent the thermal waves going out and decrease the damages due to freeze and the costs of thermal system in the greenhouse.
