Composite reinforcement:
1: Fiberglass direct roving, spray up, transparent roving, spider weaving and fiberglass yarn.
2: fiberglass woven floating and cloth:
Woven roving from 300-1200GSM, large capacity to ensure fast delivery, narrow width and big roll length available.
Glass silk from 17-300GSM, one of the glass silk for surfboad, well wet out and transparent, gained good reputation from customers in Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand and so on.
3: fiberglass chopped strand mat and fabric:
Powder and emulsion mat with different width and length, suitable for hand on top, wrapping and large width for machine laminate. Lightweights like 80/100 / 150GSM for ceiling panel.
Fiberglass fabric: For hand on top, winding, coating, flooring and battery.
4: Fiberglass stitch mat and fabric:
Figlass stapling mat for winding, pultrusion, 250/300/380/450 / 600GSM.
Fiberglass stitch fabric: 0/90 or + -45 biaxial fabric, 0/90 combination mat and woven roving complex mat, triaxial and quadaxial combination mat, unidirectional fiberglass fabric for pultrusion.
Fiberglass sandwich mat for RTM:
CSM in 2 sides and PP core in the middle like: CSM300 / PP180 / CSM300 or CSM450 / PP250 / CSM450 and so on.
Biaxial combination mat with PP core like: LT600 / PP180 / CSM600 and various requirements available as well.
Fiberglass cloth for insulation like 7628, 7637, 2116, 1080.
Fiberglss cloth for coating such as 2025, 3732.3784.
Fiberglass tape for cables: fiberglass jean with PET film. 100 / 200GSM fiberglass cloth tape
Fiberglass cloth for mica tape.
Fiberglass mesh for marble and for filters.
Fiberglass to strengthen the glue: AR-glass chopped strand, AR-glass spray up pre-weaving, C-glass spray up pre-weaving and chopped strand.
High-performance cloth and fabric:
1: carbon twill and plain cloth, UD cloth
2: aramid yarn, ribbon and cloth.
Chemicals:
1. SMC / BMC: Skilled in SMC for water basin, electric meter box, manhole cover. Have a lot of export to Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Malaysia
2. UP / EP / VE resin: Exported to Thailand, Chile, Nigeria, Asia and so on.
3. Pigment and gel coat.
Auxiliary materials:
1. Peeling crease, bag film, release film, resin tube and etc for vacuum process.
2. FRP tools for the hand placed on top
3. PET film, PET veil, sand adding cloth and mesh for filament winding process.
4. Aluminum hydroxide and talcum powder. Embossed fiber. Hollow glass microspheres
5. PVC / PET / PU foam sheets.
And new developed products:
Axial fan for generator, motor, cooling and ventilation.
