PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
Main technology of wire and cable
Wires and cables are made by drawing, twisting, and sheathing. The more complicated the model and condition, the higher the repeatability.
1. The controller
In metal pressure machining, the metal cross-section is compressed and the required cross-sectional shape and size is obtained by forcing the metal through the shape (pressing wheel) under the action of external force. Drawing process: wire drawing and weeding out stranded drawing.
2. The floor system
In order to allow the softness and integrity of the wire and cable to improve, more than 2 single wire, intersecting and lengthwise specified, collectively known as the grain system.
Twisted technology: grain conductor, cable, braid, sample wire armor and winding.
3. The wrapping
According to different performance requirements for wires and cables, special equipment is used to cover the conductor with different materials. Coating process:
A. Extrusion: rubber, plastic, wire, aluminum and other materials.
B. Length pouch: rubber, corrugated aluminum tape material.
C. Packing: strip punched tape, mica tape, alkali-free fiberglass tape, non-woven cloth, plastic tape, etc., linear cotton yarn, silk and other fiber materials.
