Our company installed in 2005, until then we only focus on exact syringe manufacturing. We have CNC, EDM, wire cutting and embossing, drilling and grinding machines in-house.
To meet demand for plastic injection molded parts from our customers, we are installing injection molding line in 2010, by then P&G was our largest customer. We provide all kinds of plastic packing material for them. Now we have total 26 injections from 90T-1100T that can manage precision micro sized parts and large injection molded parts up to 5800g.
You see we are in Shanghai, a lot of overseas companies set up buying office in Shanghai and that bring us some chances as well. To support this business and develop more chances, we installed Zetar on 2013 as an international business department mainly for overseas business.
More than this, Zetar now has a very strong sales team with more than 15 English speakers who can ensure fluent communication in an effective and timely manner. More importantly, we have 6 experienced engineers and some of them can speak English too.
Our vast information base allows us to provide one-stop service including: product design, materials selection, prototyping, mold design, injection molding, injection molding, LOGO printing, related parts sourcing, packaging material sourcing, assembly, packaging as well as door-to-door delivery. You can also personally see about the services mentioned above later during the facility review.
We have applied our expertise to a broad reach of industries, including medical devices, automotive, health care, electronics, packaging materials, building materials, home and garden, toys, outdoor sports aisles, and more. We'll also show you samples we've done in our sample room. (We have two sample rooms, one is allowed to show, the other is not as we have identified NDA with these product owners.)
We offer complete project management services. Now we got ISO9001 quality system certification, TS16949certification for auto parts making, QS for food related products (we also have M7 class dust free room for special high request medical and food related products).
By the way, we also got the ISO14001 certificate, this is a certificate shows that we will not harm the environment during the whole manufacturing process.
As Zetar is an independent department for overseas business, sometimes we also help customers sourcing some other products. We want are the best solution provider to all of our customers. So, any request, please feel free to tell us.
