Our company's production workshop consists of mold department, casting department, processing department, CNC department, paint department, etc. It has 12 professional constructors, mold senior, technicians, die-casting engineers and CNC programmers to make. The company appliance is advanced, and several types of appliance are complete. Mold department is equipped with computer bell (CNC), carved machine (CNC), lathe, drilling machine, spark machine and other kinds of machines. The die casting department has eight cold and hot cell die casting machines. Are respectively an 800 ton, a 700 ton, a 500 ton, a 300 ton, two 280 ton, two 160 ton. Mg alloy, aluminum alloy and zinc alloy can be produced. CNC department has 10 CNC machining centers and 4 CNC lathes. The post-processing department has the sets of equipment complete, such as the drill, tapping machine, block drilling machine, polishing machine, sand spinner, roller machine, drawing machine, grinder, punch press, baking varnish and so on. The lacquer baking department has passivation treatment production line, automatic lacquer baking line, spray cabinet, bread oven and other complete sets of equipment. Quality Control Department is equipped with three-dimensional meter, salt spray testing machine, vacuum meter, compensation meter and more than 100 other gauge instruments.
