We have the CB / CE approval certified by TUV and EMC, RoHS, LFGB certified by BV, and our products have been sold well in Southeast Asian, Middle East, CIS market.
With a total of 3 8000 plants, we are able to produce most of the components and control quality in-house, including:
- Metal with 7000 kettles that processes workshop: cutting, punching, welding, drawing etc.
- 8000 rice cooker metal recycling workshop: Outstandingly efficient at deep drawing for commercial rice cooker large inner pots and automatic drying and printing machines.
- 15 plastic recycling machines work automatically to save lots of labor costs.
Our unique laboratory offers another great support of our product quality assurance. We are able to implement not only curing test for heating element, duty cycle, but also salt spray test, packaging drop-over test, special thermal test, power cord durability test and so on.
In 2019 we were approved ISO9001: 2015 Management System.
All of the above facilities and management enable us a consistent quality control and stable monthly production capacity of 75,000PCS for rice cookers and 250,000PCS for electric kettles.
