Dongguan Ruiteng Garment Co., Ltd. is a leading sports garment manufacturer in the competitive market for more than 10 years, with main products like gym wear, fitness wear, yoga wear, casual wear, sportswear, children wear. Different print technique like embroidery, applique and beading are available as required by the customers. Our clothing factory is equipped with a sample room and several production lines, which is a highlight for customer to visit.Samples: The samples are manufactured by our experienced and skillful sampling team featuring high efficiency. They ensure all samples to be finished as quickly as possible, normally in 5 to7 days.Quality assurance: A quality audit system is established for quality assurance from receipt of orders to finished products thanks to what we learn from years of garment production experience. Therefore, we try to take even the smallest details into account. We ensure to check for fabric defects including buttons falling out, pulled threads or stitches, broken zippers. Besides, we will check whether the measurement fall within the set tolerance and the fabrics fade. We conduct complete QC methods throughout the production: spec sheet review, fabrics and accessories inpection, pre-production samples, shipment samples and on-production-line audits. We make sure good quality is provided at all times.
