CAPACITY:
Our factory is equipped with advanced equipments including German Stoll knitting machines that can handle all kinds of intricate kinds of knitting. The company's annual output is 200,000 cashmere sweaters, 500,000 cashmere scarves, 10,000 cashmere coats and other 100,000 cashmere and wool products. Almost 80% of the products export to the EU countries, the USA, Japan and South Korea.
BOSS:
I would also like to introduce our boss, Mr. Murun, because I believe that the manager decides the type of business. Mr. Murun, a Mongolian born in Ordos in 1973, started working in Ordos Cashmere after graduating. He was intelligent and hardworking. Not only did he learn a lot about the industry, he also set standards for many things. Its translations of some terminology have been used as the standard until now. More importantly, he gathered a large amount of knowledge and resources related to the cashmere industry. To be famous in the circle, mr. Murun founded the company in 2008 and has since maintained a solid relationship with every partner it works with.
YARN:
We source raw cashmere directly from shepherds in Ordos area in Inner Mongolia. We have a family run cashmere shop there from the 1930s. We send the cashmere to the depilatory factory and then to a professional spinning mill. We are in control of every process in the entire production line. That is why we can oversee every procedure from raw cashmere collection, dehairing, dying, spinning, knitting, finishing to final packaging.
We use the best quality cashmere yarn for spinning. Our cashmere is from the famous Arbas cashmere goat with a length over 36mm and a thickness of 15.5um. While it isn't the baby cashmere that Loro Piana uses which is way too expensive, it does meet our demand for the best quality cashmere powders / scarves with a nice price range.
