In 1966, part of Xintian moved from Shanghai to Guiyang and set up a factory mainly producing optical measuring instruments. The others also moved to Guiyang and founded a new factory called Chitian in 1968, which mainly produces physical optical instruments. On March 1979, Xintian began operations with Chitian, becoming the largest optical company, and at that time the largest company in the line. Then, on January 2002, Xintian merged asset again and eatablished a new company, which is the present Xintian Oetech Technology Corp., Ltd. It adopt modern management patterns, deepen the reform, look at the introduction and treatment of talented people. So a big change happened in a short time and enjoyed good reputation in this line. Xintian went through twists and turns, accumulated more than 40 years of experience and techniques, and eventually reached the current mark.
