Beijing Vacuum Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (BVE) was founded in 1993 and is affiliated with the 12th research institute of CETC (China Electronics Technology Group Corporation). As the earliest institute researching and developing X-ray machine and microwave machine, we have researched and developed many core parts and devices, such as: China first double focus X-ray tube, first 10MeV linear accelerator.
CETC is one of the FORTUNE Global 500. BVE's head office is in Beijing, with production in Zhejiang and Global Trade, marketing office in Shanghai. With nearly 30 years of development, the company achieved great success in electronic core parts such as safety verification using X-ray generator tube, linear ion accelerator, industrial non-destructive testing X-ray tube, medical DR imaging X-ray tube, etc. research, development and manufacturing. We have produced high-end security systems core parts ourselves, which makes us different in the security industry. Having researched critical science in about 20 national level & involved in tasks including China manned space project, BVE successfully innovated 8 first demo critical technology equipment, took part in creating (revising) 6 national and industrial standards including national vehicle x-ray inspection system technical requirements in 2019 and achieved 4 national defense use and civil use patents.

Combining vacuum and microwave technology, BVE's main security business includes container scanners, various size vehicle scanners, x-ray luggage scanners, human body security check equipment as well as explosives, narcotics & liquid detectors etc.
