Flying Wing Material Technology is located in Suzhou, China with an area of 29,500 square meters and fixed assets of over 4 million US dollars. Established in 2005, Flying Wing employs 105 employees including 18 experienced engineers. Benefited from our professional engineering team and advanced facilities, we can supply the total solution from the development & design of new products to manufacturing & assembling for diverse requirements.
The annual output of our products is worth over 9 million US dollars, more than 65% of them are exported to America, Australia and European countries. Our company makes good use of the most popular software like CAD/CAM/CAE for tooling design, data analysis and manufacturing, and has set up the network of ERP to share resources.
Our manufacturing facilities are imported from Japan, Germany and Switzerland, including 12 sets of machining centers (3/4/5 axis), 45 sets CNC lathe, 12 sets 80-500 Ton plastic injection machines, 20 sets of punching machines, 6 sets welding machines (TIG welding & laser welding) and some auxiliary machines & testing equipment including CMM.
