Harbin Harp Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005. It is the first state-level high-tech enterprise in the National Science Park of Harbin University of Technology. It mainly develops and produces polymer rheometer, wire and cable testing instrument and cable manufacturing equipment. The company relies on the university to have a team consisting of mechanical, electrical and chemical science and technology experts with the ability of integration of production, learning and research, mastering the latest technology, having remarkable professional advantages, advanced manufacturing equipment, complete technical testing means and mature production process. It has successfully developed and introduced RM series polymer material torque rheometer and CD series electronic camera polyolefin material to the industry. Defect measuring instrument and other testing equipment as well as UV, UV/E series of ultraviolet irradiation cable crosslinking equipment. In recent years, the company has successfully developed a high-efficiency ultraviolet low-voltage cable cross-linking production device, which passed the technical appraisal of Heilongjiang Machinery Industry Federation in December 2011. Harper Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. is the only domestic enterprise engaged in the manufacture and development of ultraviolet cross-linking cable production device, and also the only domestic enterprise that successfully developed microwave-stimulated ultraviolet radiation source.
