A1: We are a company that specializes in manufacturing all kinds of wooden houses.
Q2: What types of wood do you use?
A2: Five types of wood are used: SPF (Canadian wood), spruce and russian wood, americna pine wood, red cedar wood.
Q3: What's your MOQ?
A3: Our MOQ is 2sets, any small trial order is also welcome and may be in further discussion.
Q4: Do you provide samples?
A4: Yes, we can. The sample will be 1.5 times its original price, but the additional cost will be refunded to you once you place the order.
Q5: Do you provide the painting?
A5: For the painting, our customers usually buy it from their local market because of the difficulty of customs clearance.
Q6: Can you make the wooden house according to our own design?
A6: Yes, of course. We can design for you and your own concept is also welcome.
Q7: What are your payment terms and trading terms?
A7: 30% T / T deposit before production, the rest 70% against the copy of B / L.
Work flow
1. First step
depending on the size and function or sketching by our customers, we will make a simple floor plan.
2. Step two
After confirming, we will design house shape based on your preference.
3. Third step
the 3D drawing is made final after several changes.
4. Fourth step
the PI will be signed on the final drawing, hence production will start.
Fifth step
We will set up the wooden house to make sure the house is fully completed before export.
Sixth step
We stick the label on each wood that will help customers assemble the house according to the installation manual.
