The company’s automatic system reduces inevitable human error in the manufacturing process. PA Kitchen has an annual production capacity of 150,000 sets of cabinets.
he PA Kitchen factory in Jakarta, Indonesia, established in the 3rd quarter of 2019, exclusively caters to the US market. The Jakarta factory uses the same production machines used in the Foshan, China factory. The Jakarta factory is also composed of a professional, skilled, and experienced management team to ensure the smooth and effective operations of the whole system.
The system in Jakarta is a complete duplication of how everything works in the Foshan factory. The highly-automated manufacturing process allows a minimal number of workers involved in production.
The establishment of the PA Kitchen manufacturing facility in Indonesia catering exclusively to the US market offers many advantages:
Feasible Solution: We can ship our products from Indonesia to the US without the Antidumping and Countervailing Duties (AD/CVD).

Large-scale production of RTA frameless cabinets conforms with US market standards.
PA manufactures products with precision and stability with the use of automated product assembly lines consisting of HOMAG machines from Germany. We have an information system consisting of big data storage and cloud computing to streamline our mass customization capability.
We at PA Kitchen boasts of our Intelligent Design & Production Integration System (IDPI SYSTEM). This system consolidates the design, production, and quality control processes. We use this system as a major guarantee to ensure PA maintains its overall competitiveness in the market.
The design and production data in the IDPI SYSTEM is shared with all concerned departments largely reducing human errors in transmitting the information. The system has reduced the error rate in the transmittal of information from 5% to less than 0.1%.
