    The high Demeter quality is continued in the processing of our agricultural products. We process the hay milk g.t.S obtained on our farm in a handcrafted manner into yoghurt, quark and cheese. The individual taste of our cheeses is shaped by the region, the landscape and the different production methods. Our tasty raw milk cheese matures between two weeks and twelve months with intensive care. During this ripening period, the cheese is lubricated several times by hand. Hay milk is the ideal raw material for cheese with an unadulterated note. As only nature can bring it about, pure and honest. Our raw milk cheeses have the opportunity to mature in their natural rind and thereby gain in aroma. They are made from full-fat cow's milk and have a fat content of 45% in the dry matter.
