The secret of the cheese quality lies in the specialty of the milk and its processing. For this reason, controlled GM-free hay milk is used for production at Schönegger Käse-Alm and processed into the finest cheese delicacies according to traditional recipes. Our hay milk farmers are also convinced of this special concept because they feel that their valuable hay milk is perceived as a central component of our cheese specialties. This is why the number of milk suppliers has risen steadily in recent years - now over 500 hay milk farmers deliver their valuable hay milk to the Schönegger Käse-Alm dairy every day. Thanks to the trust of our dairy farmers and a clear commitment to hay milk, we were able to develop the company further with our skilled and motivated employees and to establish a special position on the cheese market with our cheese specialties. The original recipes and the craftsmanship of our master cheesemakers enable us to offer the excellent and high-quality hay milk products in an extraordinary variety of cheeses.
