As one of the oldest dairy cooperatives in Northern Germany, we can say: The ingredients for our success are no secret and have not changed since 1885. From the beginning, our cooperative has developed successfully over the years. Today the Ammerland dairy is one of the largest and most modern dairy farms in Europe. But one thing has always stayed the same: Even today, farmers from the region run the dairy as a cooperative company - even if there are no longer seven as at the beginning, but almost 2,000 today.
