Based on the amount of processed milk of almost 1.46 billion kg per year, our dairy is the largest independent dairy company in Schleswig-Holstein and is one of the top 20 in Germany we raw milk and skimmed milk for cheese, butter as well as milk and whey concentrates. Our new dairy in Neumünster was put into operation in 2019. In this new plant, we process raw milk into semi-hard cheese and pasta filata cheese (mozzarella / pizza cheese) using the most modern technology currently available At our subsidiary MTW Milchtrockenwerk Norddeutschland GmbH, Neumünster, we process milk with the most modern systems into skimmed milk powder of various qualities. With around 240 employees, including 12 trainees, we generate sales of over € 528 million.
