We do not use more intensive heating processes, as would be necessary for the production of long-life milk, for example. Our milk is also not homogenized. This means that the fat globules in the milk can remain in their natural form and are not crushed by high pressure. When processing the milk into our fresh dairy products, we also dispense with unnecessary additives. All in all, our delicacies retain their natural taste and taste receive their nutrients as much as possible. A pleasure we are proud of. For the sake of the environment, we offer our milk and dairy products in returnable glass bottles and glasses. For easier transport, there is still the option of purchasing some of our products in one-way packaging.
