About us :
Founded around 120 years ago, our dairy specialized in the production of goat cheese at an early stage. We are continuing a long tradition in Thuringia. Around a third of the goat's milk in Germany is obtained here, 95% of which we process in our cheese dairy. Because of its special quality, we only obtain our cow's milk from carefully selected dairy farmers in our region.
