Their high and consistent standards are guaranteed, among other things, by the ISO 9001 standard, which is checked annually through a series of product, system and quality audits. Constant internal controls and tests by independent institutes also guarantee the food safety of the entire Gies product range. The Gies company also attaches great importance to energy-conscious production. Each article complies with the highest environmental standards in terms of color, plastic and manufacture. All material scrap from production is separately recycled and sent for reuse. All recyclable Gies products are also marked with the corresponding recycling codes. According to the motto "Acting for the future", the Gies company is presenting its new EcoLine products, which are made from 100% recycled plastic. In cooperation with "DerGrünePunkt", shopping baskets and boxes are produced that are made from 100% PP recycled goods from the yellow sack. This means active climate protection through less CO2 emissions, energy resources are saved, the environment is less polluted - the material cycle is closed sustainably.
