  • About us :

The tradition of the Erzgebirge craftsmanship from the Müller workshops goes back to the year 1899. The company founded by my great-grandfather, Edmund Oswald Müller, in Seiffen is one of the oldest family businesses in the industry. The artisanal production of yore was extremely varied. It ranged from children's toys to the typical Seiffen miniatures in matchboxes to complete dolls' furniture in the style of the time. In 1943 my grandfather Paul took over the business and continued to run it in the spirit of the company founder. With the natural products made of wood, he already found worldwide recognition. At the end of the 1950s, the wide range was expanded to include pyramids. From 1973 until 2000 the workshops were under the direction of my father Gunter Müller. The range has been stylishly completed and expanded. Regardless of whether music boxes, fine miniatures, pyramids or multifaceted candle arches, our lovable wooden objects have contributed to making the toy village of Seiffen known. The fate of our workshops has been in my hands since 2001. As a result, the good, craft tradition remains alive in the fourth generation. The first large and completely internally illuminated candle arch "Seiffener Dorf" was my masterpiece and today, as part of the diverse product range in production, testifies to the long tradition of our company.
