We, the brothers Lars and Ulf Lunge, have taken a critical look at every running shoe that has come onto the market over the past few decades. And to be quite honest: in most cases the running shoes could not meet our high standards. Sometimes the running feeling wasn't right, then the cushioning, or the lack of pollutants and longevity - something was always there, and that's exactly what bothered us. more ecologically compatible ”, in other words, the“ ultimate ”running shoe in our heads. Now this big idea finally had to be put into practice. With the purchase of a former cowshed in Düsseldorf, Mecklenburg, we laid the foundation for our own running shoe manufacture. And after almost 30 years, our dream finally came true to build a shoe according to our own wishes and ideas - made in Germany. As well as with care and attention to detail: German quality work speaks for itself. “Made in Germany” is a promise of quality that we are happy to commit to. Most of the materials in our production therefore come from Germany - from suppliers that we carefully select and critically examine. In this way we can guarantee that the production takes place in accordance with strict German guidelines in an ecologically sensible and socially responsible manner. Our shoes are developed and manufactured exclusively in our manufactory in Düsseldorf, Mecklenburg, from the first cutting of the materials to the final packaging of the goods. Both modern, automated production techniques are used, which guarantee the highest level of precision, as well as numerous work steps that require the care and the craftsmanship of manual processing by human hands.
