In 1946, Erwin Hill founded Hill Metallwaren GmbH to produce and sell wheel snow clubs in rock-solid quality. He thus laid the foundation stone for the company and a range of high-quality kitchen tools that are still produced at the Solingen location today. Under the motto, functionality and quality prevail, the product range was expanded step by step and successfully sold over decades, mostly using the brand names of well-known manufacturers. As markets and manufacturing processes have changed massively in recent years, the third generation of the family decided to sell Hill products under their own brand triangle®. Under this label, retailers and consumers can now find an assortment of over 300 different kitchen utensils that are sold worldwide. In 2012 the family decided to rename the company from Hill Metallwaren GmbH to triangle GmbH. Much has changed in recent years, but the quality and value of Hill / triangle® products have remained the same. Triangle GmbH is and will remain a family business in Solingen and thus an important economic factor in the region. Without compromising the quality and functionality of our kitchen tools, we use the possibilities of environmentally conscious production as far as possible, such as the targeted use of plastics from renewable raw materials, of recycled paper for outer packaging and catalogs or the purchase of natural electricity. Our company building was energetically renovated in 2012/2013 and our website is hosted climate-neutrally.
