As the company's philosophy is based on values, the Giesser family has grown organically over time. What began in a small forge in 1776 has now become one of the world's leading manufacturers of quality knives and accessories. More than 8,000 professional knives are produced at the Winnenden site every day. The range includes more than 2,500 forged or stamped knives and accessories for the food processing industry. Global sales have increased sevenfold since the early 1980s.
