But August Bremicker and his sons succeeded in 1924 with the masterpiece of bringing a padlock onto the market that was groundbreaking for his future and that of his family: the "Iron Rock". At that time, the family began developing in the forge in the basement of their house and padlock production. With strong competition: Because there were many such forges in Volmarstein and the surrounding area at that time. But August Bremicker and his sons were so successful that the company quickly grew to 300 employees. So that in 1929 the production facility in Hegestrasse in Volmarstein, which is still in operation today, was bought.
