About us :
GMB is the only foundry in Germany and one of the last in Europe to produce AlNiCo magnets cast and processed according to customer requirements in a wide variety of shapes and designs. The first systems for the production of permanent magnets made of AlNiCo in the casting plant were commissioned as early as the 1950s. We have been a subsidiary of Nickelhütte Aue GmbH since April 1st, 2016 and operate under the name "GMB Deutsche Magnetwerke GmbH". We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and offer our customers not only all AlNiCo qualities that are customary on the market, but also magnets made from other magnetic materials such as SmCo, NdFeB, hard ferrite and plastic-bonded materials. In addition, we supply all common standard magnet systems in the various magnet materials, but we also calculate and manufacture complete magnet and measuring systems according to customer requirements. In our test laboratory, we are able to characterize the magnetic and chemical properties as well as the geometric properties, especially here Form and position tolerances, to be checked and documented. This ensures complete documentation and traceability of our products at all times.
