    BREE Collection GmbH is a German leather goods specialist from Hamburg (until July 2018: in Isernhagen, Lower Saxony), which primarily organizes the manufacture and sale of high-quality bags and accessories. The company was founded in 1970 by Wolf Peter Bree. The company is represented in over 700 locations worldwide through specialist dealers, self-managed branches and a franchise system. The brand received several design awards. On May 16, 2019, the company filed for bankruptcy under self-administration. In August 2019, various media reported that the Portuguese automotive supplier Coindu was taking over the insolvent leather goods manufacturer as a strategic investor.
