    Förstina-Mineralsprudel Ehrhardt & Sohn GmbH & Co. is a soft drinks and mineral water manufacturer based in Eichenzell in the district of Fulda in Hesse. The company was founded in Neuhof in 1928 by Justus Ehrhardt and his wife Elisabeth as a mineral and healing fountain Förstina. The first products were mineral water and soda. 30 years after it was founded, Rudolf Ehrhardt moved the company headquarters to Lütter, Eichenzell municipality, in 1958. After almost 80 years of existence, the Mineralbrunnen is now in the third generation of the family. The company still produces apple juice and spritzer from self-pressed fruit. The Förstina springs (especially the Marienquell) in the Rhön were already known in the Middle Ages, first documented mention in 1200. Today the springs are in the Hessian Rhön Nature Park and will be referred to as the "treasure of the Rhön".
