    Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH is the third largest distributor for electronic components in Europe and the eleventh largest worldwide. The range includes semiconductors, passive and electromechanical components as well as embedded boards, storage, displays and wireless products. This makes Rutronik one of the few real broadband distributors who represent components in all product areas equally. The independent and owner-managed company was founded in 1973. It employs around 1,850 people worldwide and is represented by more than 82 sales offices in Europe, Asia and America (as of 2019). In the 2018 financial year, Rutronik achieved sales of EUR 1 billion in the group. The company's headquarters are in Ispringen, Baden-Württemberg.
