PARSA DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION INTERNATIONAL GROUP has been established to investigate, examine and develop engineering principles, basics and standards in the realm of Iranian catering on a macro scale. Having gathered together and utilized professional persons from scientific, practical, and specialty aspects, PARSA succeeded in providing a standard framework and process for designing and commissioning industrial kitchens making Iranian dishes as per the latest methods and international safety and hygienic principles. This task which consumed considerably huge time and financial resources can be seen as the very early scientific step taken in the country.
Of the specialized arenas in which PARSA is involved is designing industrial kitchens for such large economic self-services as automotive industry, industrial centers, oil, gas and petrochemical fields, hotels, hospitals, restaurants and halfway tourist centers, on which PARSA managers have carried out many studies. It is noteworthy that a considerable portion of PARSA budget is always allocated to research and development.
As a pioneer company in the domain of catering consultation and design, PARSA DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION INTERNATIONAL GROUP has achieved, by offering unique services, to take large forward steps at both national and regional levels. All the so-far-accomplished projects testify to PARSA’s success in all its involved arenas. Internationally established certificates acquired by the project owners for whom PARSA acted as consultant are the undeniable evidence of the up-to-dateness of PARSA’s technical-engineering designing science at global level.
As an official member to the Scientific and Technical Committee for Comprehensive Program of Granting Service Quality Insignia, PARSA is also active in evaluation and ranking of Tehran restaurants & self-service centers in conjunction with the Commercial Research Studies Institute of the Ministry of Industries, Mines & Commerce of Iran.
PARSA has realized many projects in more than 19 different provinces of Iran in various fields of activity, and it also hopes, for its 5-year vision, to become internationally established as a reputable company in the field of commissioning catering facilities and restaurants serving Iranian dishes.
