Larestan Cement Company (Public Joint Stock Company) was founded in 1369 and registered under number 155.

The main center of the company is Lar City and the Tehran office of the company located in Mirdamad-Shams street, Tabriz, North-Niknam-8, third floor.

Also, Larestan Cement Company is one of the companies approved in the Securities and Exchange Organization of Iran since 1390 with the number 10981. The main shareholder of the company, Karoon Cement Company with about 53% of shares and the rest of the company's shares belong to the natural persons.

The company now has a white cement production line with a capacity of 500 tons per day, and a development project with a capacity of 3,300 tons per day of gray cement is under construction, which is followed by a brief description of the production line and the development project Provided.

A) Production line being exploited:

The production lines of the company with the capacity of 700 tons per day of gray cement from China, France and Japan, and after the construction and installation operations were finally delivered in the second half of 2006.

The capacity of the production line reached about 900 tons per day gray clinker and over 1000 tons of gray cement with a short period of operation and some modifications to machinery and processes.

This production line produced high-quality gray cement by 2012 and has provided a large-scale cement for domestic markets and huge construction projects, including: South Pars projects and the project of development of Shahid Rajai Shahid-e-Rajai Harbor on a large scale. The period of a large amount of production has been exported to neighboring countries.

In late 2012, for a variety of reasons, such as: implementing a subsidy targeting plan and liberalizing the cost of energy carriers and increasing production costs for cement factories with low production capacity, increasing demand for white cement, suitable lime mine and the potential of the production line machines, After obtaining a license from the Ministry of Industry and Mines, the production line changed to the white cement production line by making changes to machinery, raw materials and processes.

The company is licensed to produce white cement and gray cement on a regular basis in line with the needs of the market.

For all manufactured products in addition to Iran's standard license from the beginning of production, it has ISO 9001-2008 quality management certificate from German Sheffield.

White Cement and White Clinker Cement Company Larestan are currently offering and consuming high quality in domestic and foreign markets.

B) Development project (3300 tons / day gray cement)

A project of 3300 tons of gray cement is being built near the existing production line. The main equipment of the project consists of machinery and electrical, electronic, mechanical and automation equipment weighing more than 6000 tons from China and some European countries. The machines are factory-installed on the plant.

All permits are provided to the infrastructure needs and infrastructure of the project, including utilities and industrial project permits.
