Zabol cement industries company was founded in 2003. Consequently, Sistan Cement factory was established with vision of production of clinker and different types of Portland and pozzolana cement by the latest machineries both in production and quality control in order to increase customer satisfaction and enhance company's value to its customers, employees and shareholders. Therefore, mission to provide highest quality and quantity of products in domestic and foreign market could be fulfilled.

Plant Construction's Cornerstone was on April 2006 65km from Zahedan-Mashhad road. On August of the same year, initial concrete work took place. 32 month later on November 2009 plant reached production. Opening ceremony was held on 29 April 2010 by the presence of current president of Islamic Republic of Iran.
This plant was constructed and entered into industrial market of the country with philosophy of decreasing deprivation of people of region by job creation, use of human, natural and mineral resources of province in order to produce and meet regional demand of cement as well as provision of pathway to export to countries located to the east and South of Iran. Based on this unique fundamental organisational thoughts, existence of high quality mines and mineral resources and the idea of use of the latest production technology goal of production at the heart of desert was set to result in economical, industrial and social improvement.
