After the first review and selection of industrial and structural consultants, the contract for the purchase of the main equipment and machinery for the cement production line was concluded with foreign manufacturing companies (KHD and other German companies), and by choosing a construction contractor, The first cement factory with a production capacity of 3,500 tons per day began on an area of 45 hectares since the beginning of 2005.
As the project progresses with the construction of a cement factory, the preliminary studies of the construction of the 100 megawatt power plant have been completed and after completing the necessary licensing procedures, its operation will begin in the near future.
