Engineer Ershad Karimi Born in 1344, the managing director and founder of Mehr Engineering Co., a master's degree in mechanical engineering, a specialist with a history of metrology and calibration, has been active in the field of development of calibration laboratories, specialist training and the dissemination of metrology culture since 1983. . He has specialized advanced calibration and calibration training courses in the countries of origin, such as England, Germany, Italy, France and Switzerland, and has obtained an international assessor certificate.

Mr. Karimi has been involved in the design, construction, and commissioning of more than 85 precision measuring and calibration laboratories such as Saipa, Sapco, Shahid Hemmat, Mega Motor and more than 2000 experts in the field since 1992. Many methods have been developed. The document system, environmental conditions, calibration and measurement standards, technical regulations, types of devices used today, which are the basis of the work of consultants, auditors and instructors, accurate measurements and calibration of the country, has been established, developed and promoted by them.
