In 1996, we went with a group of friends to a restaurant to eat pizza. At that time, pizza was considered a very fine food, which almost divided people into two categories: pizza lovers and chocolatry advocates. When I was eating a pizza, I was drawn to a point. That night I was very interested in this topic until the next night, I consulted with some of my friends working in the food industry and started reading and studying the history and why and how to make pizza. Since pizza is originally a food for people with low income or even poor, the bread is considered to be the main part of the food in order to be able to provide nutritious food without spending too much. I finally figured out how important pizza bread was, but what really was the good bread for pizza? Hanni Kou's story began here and we were looking for a formula for creating the best pizza, which ultimately helped me to get a great combination of both good looks and good bread aroma.
