With a capacity of 1000 million tablets, 150 million grams, 200 million film coats and 100 million capsules a year, it is one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in Iran.
The active personnel in the production line consists of 7 pharmacists and 50 staff members of the production line. The technical staff, along with the staff of the production line, staff security, as well as the maintenance and repair of the devices.
The products in the production line include: 4 tablet presses and a capsule manufacturing machine, blender devices, dryers, compactors, tablet pouring machines, machine tools, packaging machines and box printing.
Two special halls for producing pills that should not be in contact with production line staff are equipped with automatic machines for production and packaging.
Other parts of the production line include quarantine warehouse and medical record store, warehouse and packaging depot, and IPQC laboratory (physical control during production).
