    By equipping this laboratory with all kinds of chemical, microbial, and wet-testing devices for flour, wheat samples, etc., all of these facilities lead to the implementation of the 17025 procedures and in the final stage of obtaining the final license, the part of the Azarghola laboratory is under the direct management with responsibility for quality control. and technical with prominent professors are working.
    In 1390-1391, this company renovated the Bojari unit of the factory and improved the quality of incoming wheat for the production of flour by installing and operating Sortex machines from Italy and Bojari from Switzerland. and control and food safety during the last 8 years, this company succeeded in obtaining and implementing ISO 9008/9001/22000 management systems, HACCP system, occupational health and safety OH&S 18001, GMP, and ISO10002 from the Swiss company DIMOTIO.
    In 2014, this company launched a separate laboratory equipped with a baking room for production testing of all kinds of flour.
