The Rain Automobile Manufacturers Company was established and registered in 2003 as one of the subsidiaries of the Kerman Automotive Industries Group in the Special Economic Zone of the New Org.

The design of the factory was carried out in two phases, in which it was stipulated that in the first phase 95,000 square meters and in the second phase 200,000 square meters of roof space should be constructed. Each phase consists of a body salon, a paint salon and a decorating hall.

The first phase consists of a hall with a total area of ​​23,000 square meters, with a capacity of 5 production lines and 40 car bodies per hour, a paint shop with a total area of ​​40000 square meters and a coloring capacity of 20 cars per hour, and a decoration hall with an area of ​​32,000 square meters, and the capacity for deployment of production lines It produces 40 vehicles per hour.

In March 2003, after signing a contract between the Rhine Auto Company and South Korea's Hyundai Motor Co., one of the world's fifth leading automotive companies, the Rhine Motor Company was officially named the Hyundai automaker in Iran. Since then, with the launch of the Hyundai Verna (Xnet) production line, the company's first production vehicle has left the production line in June 2004 and the first production line was handed over to customers in September of the same year.

In the process of developing the company, the production of the Avant (Al-Nutra) car was put in place with the help of Hyundai Company. After purchasing and installing the equipment of its production line, in August 2005, the first cars produced from this series, after testing and testing Technical and Acceptance of the necessary permissions to the respected customers. With the appointment of the Blue Swan Company as the official representative of the sales and after sales services of the Rhine Automobile Manufacturers, within 10 years, 10 representative offices were opened in the major cities of Iran. Currently, the company has more than 140 resellers and after sales services nationwide. The Rhine Automobile Manufacturers has always been trying to provide high-tech and affordable vehicles with the aim of satisfying customers and providing quality services and products. Therefore, considering the obstacles to the production of Hyundai cars, considering the market capacities and after conducting detailed studies of credible car companies, it eventually managed to enter into a partnership agreement with one of China's top automotive companies. In the first step, considering the benefits of the Volkswagen C30, the production of this series of products from Greco-Wal-Mart was put on the agenda of the Rhine Automobile Manufacturers. The production line of this car was commissioned by experts and experts in Rhine and supervised by the experts of Great Wall in 2011, and the production of vehicles was handed over to respectable customers.
