The agricultural sector with 850 hectares of land during 36/11 and latitude 50/10 with 5 experts and 27 workers is active as a separate part of the Sharifabad agribusiness. By prioritizing the forage production needed, this section was able to produce 50% alfalfa, 50% forage maize and 1.3 barley consumed in 2009. Sharif Abad Agro-Industry continued to complete its production chain, which started from crop production to industrial raw milk. The plant was commissioned in 2006 at Shokouhieh Industrial City, Qom, with the aim of producing pasteurized dairy products, which also included in its development program the purpose of producing sterilized dairy and juice. The factory currently employs 40 staff including managers, supervisors and employees and with a nominal capacity of 100 tons of dairy products.
Factory products include pasteurized milk, yogurt, cream and buttermilk in different packaging types.
